There is a minimum travel charge of $25 from the artist’s location M5J 0E1 to

client’s place within 20km radius. If the distance is further than 20km, the travel fee

will be charged as a round trip of $1 per 1km.

If the client(s) arrive late for their scheduled appointment(s) as outlined in the

contract, a late fee of $25 per 30 minutes will be applied. 

The full amount must be paid before or immediately after the service.  

Payment methods: cash or e-transfer.

A trial hair and makeup session is recommended for brides to ensure you’re completely happy with your look on the big day. It allows you to experiment with styles, make adjustments, and avoid any surprises. We suggest booking it at least 30 days before the wedding, though availability may allow it up to 2 weeks prior.​

The pricing for a start time before 7.00am is to be determined and will be $25 per 30 minutes.

A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be made by cash or e-transfer to mua.beautybylisa@gmail.com within 24 hours of making the booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment. However, this policy does not apply to wedding bookings, as they are governed by a separate policy outlined in the wedding contract.

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability.  

If a rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
